Grain products, plant protein products, processed grain by-products, roughage products (20.0%), forage products, calcium carbonate, cane molasses, salt, ammonium chloride, dried extracted streptomyces fermentation solubles, riboflavin supplement, vitamin A supplement, vitamin E supplement, vitamin D3 supplement, menadione sodium bisulfite complex (source of vitamin K activity), vitamin B12 supplement, choline chloride, calcium pantothenate, niacin, manganous oxide, ferrous sulfate, zinc oxide, zinc sulfate, calcium iodate, cobalt carbonate, thiamine mononitrate, sodium selenite.

Feed 1.5 to 1.7 % of body weight in addition to good quality pasture or hay. Adjust intake according to desired weight gain, body condition, and according to forage conditions. This feed provides 13.6 mg of Decoquinate per pound. A feeding rate of 0.5 lb per 30 lb of body weight is recommended to provide 22.7 mg. per100 lbs body weight of Decoquinate. Provide plenty of fresh clean water and free-choice roughage. Provide free-choice salt and mineral. DO NOT feed moldy or insect infested feeds.
